You are in your first years of teaching ESL. You have thousands of questions about the programs, how to develop each compentecy and how to evaluate them. This workshop is for you!

This workshop is designed to support you at specific different moments of the school year and to answer your questions, maybe even before you think of them!

Each of the six days will have a personalized menu, specific to the time of the year (e.g.: parents’ night, first communication, first report card, end-of-year school trip). Additionally, we’ll spend time discussing the programs and exemplify how to develop each competency in ESL classroom. More general concepts will also be discussed (e.g. classroom routine, organization and planning, note taking / observation, classroom management).

Participants will also have to opportunity to exchange between them.

* This workshop was built with new elementary ESL teachers in mind, with or without a BA in Teaching ESL, who have joined our CS in recent years. Therefore, their registration will be proritized. However, experienced teachers are also welcome to register.
