Various resources for you

On this page you will find links to various resources that might be useful to you, as you embark on this new journey. It includes:

• a list of available activities, for each cycle, available on our school board SharePoint (Google Sheets);
• a classroom routine template you can adapt (Google Slides);
• a Google Slide to remind you about the contextual and functional language that is presented in the Progression of Learning, and that you must include when planning the development of the ESL competencies;
• a Google Doc about teaching first cycle;
• a Google Slide about teaching grade 6 (regular or intensive);
• a Google Slide about using stations in the ESL classroom;
• a Google Slide to help you get ready for your first report card meeting.

Don’t forget to log in with your school board email address (@csbe.qc.ca) to have access to the various Google documents. (If you are already logged in with your own gmail address, click on your icon (first letter of your name or picture – top right corner), choose “Gérer les utilisateurs”, then “Ajouter une personne” and register with your CSBE email address.)
