Le vendredi à 15 h00, l’autobus reconduira les exposants à leur école respective ou à un lieu convenu avec l’enseignant responsable.
Les coroplasts doivent être envoyés par la camionnette de la CSBE. Ils doivent arriver avant le mardi précédent l’expo-sciences. Le retour des coroplasts dans les écoles se fera par la camionnette durant les deux semaines suivant l’expo-sciences. S’il y a plus de 5 équipes participantes dans l’école, il faut communiquer avec le transporteur de la commission scolaire pour planifier ce transport. Il est recommandé de ne pas attendre à la dernière minute pour envoyer les coroplasts à l’école hôte, quitte à ce que les exposants terminent leur présentation sur place.
