Électricité et Internet
Tu as accès à une prise électrique double. Si tu as des besoins supplémentaires en électricité, il te faut apporter une barre d’alimentation multiple. Dans la salle, des fils au sol longeront les kiosques, il est strictement défendu de les déplacer ou les fixer à un autre endroit. Si tu as besoin d’être relié à une connexion Internet, tu dois en avertir le comité organisateur sur ta fiche d’inscription. Un réseau Internet sans fil sera à ta disposition.
Table et coroplast
Nous te fournissons une table aux dimensions de ton coroplast ainsi qu’une chaise par kiosque. Tu auras une boîte sous la table; des espaces de rangement sont prévus à cet effet. Tu dois apporter ton coroplast ou le faire livrer avant le mardi précédent l’expo-sciences. Ton école est responsable de l’achat de ton coroplast. Ton école et toi devez assumer les frais inhérents à ton installation, s’il y a lieu.
Kiosque et identification
Prends soin d’emballer soigneusement ton matériel pour le transport. Un autobus est prévu pour les exposants selon le nombre de participants, jeudi (aller) et vendredi (aller retour), l’horaire te sera fourni en temps et lieu. Tes parents sont responsables de ton retour le jeudi en fin de soirée.
Le comité organisateur affichera un numéro dans la partie supérieure droite du coroplast et il ne faudra pas le déplacer. Tu inscris le titre de ton projet sur une banderole ou un carton et le places dans la partie supérieure au centre du coroplast. Dans ce document, tu verras un plan de l’aménagement de ton kiosque.
Il est strictement interdit de brocher, clouer, visser ou de percer le coroplast que ton école te prête. Les deux côtés et le fond peuvent servir à l’affichage. Aucune structure (pièce d’un montage, appareil, affiche, etc.) ne doit dépasser la hauteur, la largeur et la profondeur de ton kiosque. Il est déjà arrivé qu’un projet soit pénalisé pour ce motif. Apporte les outils nécessaires pour faciliter et accélérer ton montage (gommette, ruban adhésif, ciseaux, etc.).
