En effet, pour une troisième année d’affilée, la CSBE poursuit l’option de la passerelle FMS-FP offerte aux élèves de FMS (formation semi-spécialisée) de l’ensemble des écoles secondaire offrant le FMS. Deux options différentes sont possibles cette année, soit le restauration et le service aux tables d’une part (un groupe de 14 élèves d’inscrits) et la construction d’un cabanon d’autre part (deux groupes de 18 élèves). Les élèves se présentent à leur stage en moyenne deux jours par semaine au centre de formation professionnel des Bâtisseurs de Saint-Joseph pour y faire leurs apprentissages et ainsi développer leurs compétences reliées à leur métier semi spcialisé. À la fin de l’année, les élèves ayant réussi leur stage se verront remettre par le MELS un certificat de réussite de stage d’un métier semi-spécialisé qui pourrait leur permettre d’accéder à certains DEP ciblés par le progremme de passerelle du MELS. Enfin, cette année, 50 élèves de FMS sur un total de 155 au niveau global de la CSBE participent au programme.
