Elles repr\u00c3\u00a9sentent certaines caract\u00c3\u00a9ristiques de leaders inspir\u00c3\u00a9s.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>J&rsquo;imagine que de <strong>d\u00c3\u00a9voiler ses faiblesses de mani\u00c3\u00a8re s\u00c3\u00a9lective<\/strong> signifie \u00c3\u00aatre strat\u00c3\u00a9gique : montrer son c\u00c3\u00b4t\u00c3\u00a9 sucr\u00c3\u00a9 ou bon pour la sant\u00c3\u00a9 selon ce que demande la situation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Se baser sur l&rsquo;intuition pour planifier<\/strong> et quelque peu questionnant. J&rsquo;aurais plut\u00c3\u00b4t tendance \u00c3\u00a0 penser que la planification doit \u00c3\u00aatre r\u00c3\u00a9alis\u00c3\u00a9e sur la base d&rsquo;une \u00c3\u00a9tude approfondie d&rsquo;une situation. Il faut croire que l&rsquo;intuition est vraiment une manifestation rapide de l&rsquo;intelligence !<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dirig\u00c3\u00a9e avec bienveillance et fermet\u00c3\u00a9<\/strong> ressemble beaucoup \u00c3\u00a0 la gestion de classe. Ce ne sont pas les enseignants mous qui nous marquent positivement. Ce sont ceux qui \u00c3\u00a9taient exigeants et qui \u00c3\u00a9taient centr\u00c3\u00a9s sur l&rsquo;apprentissage des \u00c3\u00a9l\u00c3\u00a8ves qui demeurent dans nos bons souvenirs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Affirmer sa diff\u00c3\u00a9rence !<\/strong> Lorsqu&rsquo;on devient gestionnaire, on accepte de ne plus \u00c3\u00aatre enseignant. Et c&rsquo;est l\u00c3\u00a0 toute une diff\u00c3\u00a9rence ! Il faut se d\u00c3\u00a9tacher des pr\u00c3\u00a9occupations propres \u00c3\u00a0 l&rsquo;enseignement et se centrer sur celles qui concernent la gestion.
