Il me semble donc essentiel d&rsquo;en garder la trace.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exercer un leadership strat\u00c3\u00a9gique sur la base d&rsquo;une vision partag\u00c3\u00a9e.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Elle r\u00c3\u00a9f\u00c3\u00a8re \u00c3\u00a0 l&rsquo;exercice un leadership menant \u00c3\u00a0 l&rsquo;\u00c3\u00a9laboration et \u00c3\u00a0 la r\u00c3\u00a9alisation de la mission de l&rsquo;\u00c3\u00a9tablissement d\u00c3\u00a9coulant d&rsquo;une vision commune. C&rsquo;est le cap \u00c3\u00a0 suivre, l&rsquo;orientation \u00c3\u00a0 donner pour r\u00c3\u00a9aliser la mission de l&rsquo;\u00c3\u00a9cole.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>G\u00c3\u00a9rer l&rsquo;\u00c3\u00a9tablissement de fa\u00c3\u00a7on efficace, proactive et participative.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Elle concerne plus sp\u00c3\u00a9cifiquement la gestion quotidienne de l&rsquo;\u00c3\u00a9tablissement que nous assimilons aux activit\u00c3\u00a9s r\u00c3\u00a9alis\u00c3\u00a9es dans le \u00a0\u00bb feu de l&rsquo;action \u00ab\u00a0, \u00c3\u00a0 l&rsquo;ensemble des op\u00c3\u00a9rations n\u00c3\u00a9cessaires visant la r\u00c3\u00a9alisation des activit\u00c3\u00a9s et leur r\u00c3\u00a9gulation en lien avec la mission de l&rsquo;\u00c3\u00a9tablissement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Assurer l&rsquo;\u00c3\u00a9mergence, la r\u00c3\u00a9alisation et l&rsquo;\u00c3\u00a9valuation p\u00c3\u00a9dagogique dans une perspective de r\u00c3\u00a9ussite pour tous.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Elle correspond \u00c3\u00a0 la mise en place de dispositifs pour assurer le d\u00c3\u00a9veloppement \u00c3\u00a9ducatif et p\u00c3\u00a9dagogique de tous les acteurs, tant \u00c3\u00a0 l&rsquo;interne qu&rsquo;\u00c3\u00a0 l&rsquo;externe, afin de favoriser l&rsquo;atteinte de la mission de l&rsquo;\u00c3\u00a9tablissement, li\u00c3\u00a9 \u00c3\u00a0 l&rsquo;apprentissage et \u00c3\u00a0 la r\u00c3\u00a9ussite de tous les \u00c3\u00a9l\u00c3\u00a8ves.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mobiliser les personnes pour r\u00c3\u00a9aliser la mission de l&rsquo;\u00c3\u00a9tablissement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Elle a trait \u00c3\u00a0 la naissance du mouvement, aux gestes \u00c3\u00a0 poser et aux conditions organisationnelles \u00c3\u00a0 mettre en place pour susciter, d&rsquo;une part, l&rsquo;engagement et la mobilisation des personnes tant \u00c3\u00a0 titre individuel que collectif dans leur \u00c3\u00a9tablissement, et, d&rsquo;autre part, le partenariat avec la famille, la communaut\u00c3\u00a9 et la soci\u00c3\u00a9t\u00c3\u00a9 civile.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>D\u00c3\u00a9velopper ces comp\u00c3\u00a9tences semble \u00c3\u00aatre tout un d\u00c3\u00a9fi. Les t\u00c3\u00a2ches li\u00c3\u00a9es \u00c3\u00a0 ces comp\u00c3\u00a9tences demandent d&rsquo;\u00c3\u00aatre une personne authentique et compl\u00c3\u00a8te qui se sent tr\u00c3\u00a8s bien avec elle-m\u00c3\u00aame et qui fait preuve d&rsquo;une grande ouverture.<\/p>\n<p>Je me reconnais partiellement \u00c3\u00a0 travers ses diff\u00c3\u00a9rentes comp\u00c3\u00a9tences. J&rsquo;entrevois tout le travail qu&rsquo;il y a \u00c3\u00a0 faire pour atteindre un niveau de comp\u00c3\u00a9tences acceptable.
