It presents in detail the Essential Knoweldge sections of the ESL program. It provides a framework to include the necessary elements of knowledge when planning the developement of the ESL competencies.<\/p>\n<h4><a href=\"https:\/\/csbe5.sharepoint.com\/:f:\/t\/se\/EiGpNPWoEL9KpxTKJ8Ro32sBNcpQvkG5wtvNlEFr4LIv9w?e=ikMLDh\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The Framework for the Evaluation of Learning<\/a><\/h4>\n<p>The F.E.L. provides guidelines for the evaluation of learning in order to determine students&#8217; results. These evaluation criteria are based on the ones in the Q.E.P. It stipulates the weighting of the competencies.<\/p>\n<h4><a href=\"https:\/\/csbe5.sharepoint.com\/:f:\/t\/se\/EqWzVnmESI1PuChmgz5UoiQB6cPX02_mGnSkMqut4JlG4g?e=XfnFAD\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The Scales of Competency Levels<\/a><\/h4>\n<p>The scales are no longer prescribed by the Basic school regulation.
