Tu es attendu(e) à l’école secondaire Veilleux, le jeudi 23 janvier à compter de 9h30. À cet endroit, on te remettra la pochette du participant contenant des informations sur le déroulement de l’Expo-sciences.
Le matin de ton arrivée, tu auras quelques minutes pour terminer l’installation de ton kiosque avant l’inspection prévue à (heure à venir). C’est la raison pour laquelle ton coroplast doit être complètement monté et rendu avant mardi le 21 janvier. L’équipe d’inspection fera alors la première vérification des kiosques. La camionnette de la commission sera disponible pour le transport du matériel, assure-toi de l’horaire de la camionnette de ton école et de celle de l’école-hôte afin d’éviter tout retard.
Tu dois installer ton matériel au numéro de kiosque qui te sera assigné. Tu ne peux pas modifier ce numéro et surtout, tu ne peux ne pas changer de place avec ton(ta) voisin(e). Il est important de respecter cette consigne, car ton nom, le titre de ton projet ainsi que le numéro de ton kiosque sont publiés dans le programme de l’Expo-sciences. Les visiteurs et les juges utilisent ce programme pour repérer l’emplacement de ton kiosque sur le site d’exposition.
Le démontage des kiosques s’effectue en début PM le vendredi 24 janvier , avant la remise des prix à la cafétéria.
Toutes les boîtes servant au transport de ton matériel devront être bien identifiées, car elles seront entreposées avec celles des autres exposants(es) à l’extérieur du site d’exposition.
Des membres du Comité de sécurité circuleront sur le site durant la fin de semaine. Le jeudi matin, ils procéderont à la vérification des installations finales afin de s’assurer qu’elles sont conformes.
